Our service process typically initiates with an initial team meeting conducted via conference call, Skype, or phone to thoroughly discuss all project details. Subsequently, our skilled CAD team transforms your redlines, hand sketches, designs, consultant drawings, and ideas into high-quality CAD drawings tailored explicitly to your requirements.

We are adept at creating preliminary, construction, as-built, or final drawings based on provided information, which may include proposals, Scope of Work (SOW), and consultant design packages. Our drawings are meticulously crafted with proper line weights, line styles, text fonts, layers, borders, and title blocks, all customized to match your desired project appearance.

Primarily utilizing AutoCAD 2023 and 2023 LT, we can also adapt to other CAD software as needed. Our services encompass a wide range of drawings, including floor plans, elevation details, wiring diagrams, and structural or engineering drawings.

Clients can submit hardcopy formats via mail, while electronic files can be shared through email, FTP sites, or Dropbox. Dropbox is often preferred by many clients for file transfer, ensuring constant access to the drawing package. Some clients also utilize Bluebeam for project communications.

The typical project process begins with reviewing old plans provided by the client, ranging from 8 ½” X 11” to 36” X 48” in size. Based on the original drawings, we calculate an approximate price and offer a standard pricing of $55.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Larger projects may involve a written binding contract specifying design costs and terms, lasting 6 to 12 months.

Upon agreement on price and time frame, we request a start date and proceed to analyze the original drawings for any amendments, updates, or building renovations, ensuring resulting floor plans are accurate and up-to-date.

Subsequently, we commence the process of converting the plans into professional CAD drawings, adhering to your specific standards. For AV and IT companies, sketches showing the locations of existing and new equipment are required before commencing work to prevent errors.

Cable pull list spreadsheets may necessitate additional detail and training with the drafters to successfully complete the project. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication and provide quotes and invoices for payment, with a maximum waiting period of 30 days after invoice submission.
